Riyadh A warning of stormy rains has been issued in Saudi Arabia. According to Arab News, Saudi Arabia's Civil Defense has urged the public to exercise caution as it has warned of the possibility of thunderstorms in some parts of the kingdom until Friday and Monday, including Hail, Madinah, Eastern Province, The Northern Frontier Region and parts of Makkah will be affected by moderate to heavy rains and strong winds, which may cause storm surges affecting parts of Tabuk, Al-Jawf and Makkah. The Saudi Civil Defense has also warned that during the same period, clouds causing thunderstorms due to active winds will hit the areas of Tabuk, Riyadh, Qasim, Asir, Jazan and Al Bahah, the Directorate said.
